Aubrey and his mother first purchased North Beach Caravan Park in 1983.

A small park, close to the beach, consisting of 29 caravans, he converted all pitches to mains (water, electric and sewage). Now it is run alongside Putting Green Caravan Park and offers 31 serviced pitches.

Putting Green Caravan Park was purchased by Aubrey and Pam Thomas in 1986 and an extensive programme of updating was started, to bring mains services to the park.

All bases were converted to the mains services (water, sewage and electricity) with solid concrete bases with cast metal tie downs. This conversion to mains was completed over a period of 5 years and it now offers approximately 120 fully serviced pitches.

We offer for sale both new and used caravans of all makes (i.e. Willerby, Cosalt, Atlas, BK Bluebird) with or without central heating.

All pitches are privately owned with a no letting policy.

Day to day running of the park is carried out by Aubrey and Pam. The main office, which is not at the park, is open from 9 to 5 and is run by our daughter Hollie and her assistant Lisa. While Neil our son, takes care of the paving of patios, balconies and maintenance.

The family also have a well known building business in Heacham, Thomas Construction, for which Neil runs the day to day business.
